      Setup Rounding on Rates

      Setting up automated rounding for Rates in RMS.


      Steps Required

      Have your System Administrator complete the following.

      1. Go to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Options in RMS.
      2. Navigate to the 'Reservation' tab.
      3. Select the checkbox 'Round Base Rate to Nearest Dollar'.
      4. Save/Exit.

      Info

      Enabling this option will cause RMS to automatically round Rates to the nearest dollar where the Dynamic Pricing or Derived Rate adjustment amount included a decimal value.

      Visual Guide

      Go to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Options in RMS.

      Navigate to the 'Reservation' tab.

      Select the checkbox 'Round Base Rate to Nearest Dollar'.

      Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
