Category Display Order
Setup the display order for Categories in RMS.
Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Category/Area in RMS.
- Select the 'Display Order' icon.
- Select a Category.
- Select the Up or Down arrow.
- Repeat Steps 3 & 4 for all Categories.
- Save/Exit.
Visual Guide
Go to Setup > Category/Area in RMS.
Select the 'Display Order' icon.
Select a Category and choose the Up or Down arrow to change the display order.
Repeat until the desired display order is achieved.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
The selected display order will be used on the Booking Chart, Rate Manager Chart and Category drop down menu on the Reservation and Quick Quote.
