Setup a Master Company & Branch Offices in RMS.
Company Branches enable linking and managing businesses with a head office and subsidiary or branch offices.

Information
Company Branches enable linking and managing businesses with a head office and subsidiary or branch offices.
A Company is a business that can be added and used in RMS for Reservations, Accounts Receivable and the Corporate Portal.
Company Groups can be setup with a Master Company and Branch Offices including an option to have all Accounts Receivable Tax Invoices directed to the Master Company.
Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

Setup
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Company in RMS.
- Select the 'Edit' icon on an existing Company.
- Navigate to the 'Branch Offices' tab.
- Select the 'Add' icon.
- Select the checkbox for the Branch Companies.
- Select the 'Attach' icon.
- Select 'Exit' to return to the Company setup.
- Select if Company Rates to apply to Branches.

Optional: Setup Accounts Receivable to Head Office.
- Select a Branch Company.
- Select the 'Edit' icon.
- Navigate to the 'Accounts Receivable' tab.
- Select the checkbox 'Send all Accounts Receivable to Head Office'.
- Save/Exit.
- Save/Exit.
Opting to send all Accounts Receivable to Head Office will redirect any Tax Invoice generated on an account where the Bill To is the Branch Office to be for the Master Company instead.
