    Travel Agent Corporate Portal Access

    Setup access to the Corporate Portal for a Travel Agent in RMS.

    A Travel Agent can be provided a login for the Corporate Portal to manage and create their own reservations.

    Information

    A Travel Agent can be provided a login for the Corporate Portal to manage and create their own reservations.

    A Travel Agent is a business that can be added and used in RMS for Reservations, Accounts Receivable and the Corporate Portal.

    The Corporate Portal enables properties to provide access to specific Companies or Travel Agents to manage their reservations.




    Visit the Corporate Portal setup to customise the features a Travel Agent can access.



    Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Travel Agent in RMS.
    2. Select the 'Edit' icon on an existing Travel Agent.
    3. Navigate to the 'Portals' tab.
    4. Enter an Online Password.
    5. Optional: Select the checkbox 'Allow Agent to make a Pencil Booking in the Corporate Portal'.
    6. Save/Exit.



    An email address must be saved on the Travel Agent profile to log into the Corporate Portal.

    Go to Setup > Travel Agent in RMS.

    Select the  'Edit' icon on an existing Travel Agent.

    Navigate to the 'Portals' tab.

    Enter an Online Password.

    Optional: Select the checkbox 'Allow Agent to make a Pencil Booking in the Corporate Portal'.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and leave the setup.

    This Travel Agent will now be able to log into the Corporate Portal using the email address and password stored on their Travel Agent profile.
