      Create a Franchise Group User

      Creating a User for a specific Franchise Group in RMS.


      Steps Required

      Have your System Administrator complete the following.

      1. Go to Setup > Users > User Information in RMS.
      2. Select 'Add'.
      3. Enter the Username & Password.
      4. Enter the User Details.
      5. Select the Franchise Group Name.
      6. Save.
      7. Navigate to the 'Security Profile' tab.
      8. Select 'Add'.
      9. Select a Security Profile.
      10. Select the Properties from the Franchise Group for user access.
      11. Save/Exit.
      12. Save/Exit.

      Info

      Security Profiles can only be assigned for Properties includes in the assigned Franchise Group.

      Any Guests, Reservations, Companies, Travel Agents, Wholesalers or Rate Types this user creates in RMS will automatically be allocated to their associated Franchise Group.

      Visual Guide

      Go to Setup > Users > User Information in RMS.

      Select 'Add' to create a new User Profile.

      Enter the Username & Password.

      Enter the User Details.

      Select the Franchise Group Name.

      Select 'Save' to store the changes made and create the User Profile.

      Navigate to the 'Security Profile' tab.

      Select 'Add' to assign a new Security Profile to this user.

      Select a Security Profile.

      Select the Properties from the Franchise Group for user access.

      Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made to Security Profile access on this user profile.


      Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made to the User Profile.
