    Privacy Opt In

    Information on the Privacy Opt In with GDPR in RMS.

    When GDPR is enabled, newly created reservations cannot be saved until the associated guest has opted into the Privacy Policy.

    The Privacy Opt In field represents this individual's consent to having their information collected and retained in compliance with GDPR.


    Setting Privacy Opt In to 'No' will anonymise an existing guest's information.

    Additionally, guests booking on the RMS IBE will not be able to complete the online booking process without accepting the property's Privacy Policy.
