    Rate Type Grouping

    Setup a Grouping for a Rate Type in RMS.

    Groupings simplify reporting on multiple related items by a pre-allocated Group Heading.

    Rate Type Groupings can be used to track performance of Rate Types individually or collectively by allocating a Grouping to each Rate Type in RMS.

    Rate Type Groupings can also be setup to use on certain reports in RMS.


    Rate is a System Label that can be customised.

    Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

    Setup

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Grouping in RMS.
    2. Select the 'Add' icon.
    3. Select 'Rate Type' as the Group Heading.
    4. Enter the Grouping Description.
    5. Save/Exit.
    6. Go to Charts > Rate Manager in RMS.
    7. Select the 'Rates' icon.
    8. Select Rate Types.
    9. Select an existing Rate Type and choose 'Edit'.
    10. Select a Grouping.
    11. Save/Exit.

    Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Grouping in RMS.

    Select the   'Add' icon.

    Select 'Rate Type' as the Group Heading.

    Enter the Grouping Description.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and leave the setup.

    Go to Charts > Rate Manager in RMS.

    Select the  'Rates' icon.

    Select Rate Types.

    Select an existing Rate Type and choose 'Edit'.

    Select a Grouping.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and leave the setup.
