Auto Guest Merge

Steps Required

Have your System Administrator complete the following.

The automated Guest Merge will run using the selected pattern match to merge duplicate Guest Profiles in RMS.

The Auto Guest Merge will default on with the pattern match selection of 'Surname + Email'.

Guest Profiles will need to be merged manually if Auto Merge is disabled.

Go to Utilities > Guest Merge in RMS.

Deselect the checkbox 'Auto Merge Enabled'.

Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

The Guest Merge utility will no longer automatically run and will need to be manually initiated.
