Drop Off Location
Setup Drop Off Locations for Guest Transfers in RMS.
Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Drop Off Location in RMS.
- Select 'Add'.
- Enter the Drop Off Location Description.
- Select the required Properties and choose the '>' button.
- Save/Exit.
Visual Guide
Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Drop Off Location in RMS.
Select 'Add' to create a new Drop Off Location.
Enter the Drop Off Location Description.
Select the required Properties and choose the '>' button.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
These Drop Off Locations will now be available for selection when adding a Guest Transfer to a reservation.
