    Repeat Charge

    Creating a Repeat Charge on a Long Term Reservation in RMS.


    Steps Required

    1. Go to the Side Menu Reservation Search in RMS.
    2. Enter the Long Term Reservation Number and select 'Search'.
    3. Select the Accommodation Account.
    4. Select 'Charges' and choose 'Repeat Charge'.
    5. Select the required Sundry Charge.
    6. Select if an Initial Transaction is required.
      1. Select the Date Range for the Initial Transaction.
      2. Enter the Initial Transaction Amount.
      3. Select if the Initial Transaction should be a Pro Rata of ongoing Repeat Charge.
      4. Select if the Initial Transaction should apply to the account with the Future Date.
    7. Select the Repeat Charge Frequency.
    8. Enter the Repeat Charge Amount.
    9. Select if this is a Daily Rate.
    10. Select if the Paid To Date should display on the Reservation Account.
    11. Save/Exit.

    Select the Repeat Charge Frequency.

    Enter the Repeat Charge Amount.

    Select if this is a Daily Rate.

    Select if the Paid To Date should display on the Reservation Account.


    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.


    If an Initial Transaction was selected and setup, this will now be applied to the Reservation Account.

    The Repeat Charge will automatically roll forward, posting the specified amount onto the Reservation Account at the preset frequency.
