    Guest Status

    Setup a list of Guest Statuses in RMS.

    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Guest Status in RMS.
    2. Select 'Add'.
    3. Enter the Guest Status.
    4. Save/Exit.

    Info

    The Guest Status Lookup Table can be used to create a list of guest types or categories that can be selected on the Guest Details of a reservation for reporting purposes.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Guest Status in RMS.

    Select 'Add' to create a new Guest Status.

    Enter the Guest Status.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    These Guest Statuses will be available for selection on the 'Guest Status' field under Guest Details.
