    Fixed Reservation

    Set a Reservation to 'Do Not Move' in RMS.

    Fixed Reservations are reservations that have been marked to indicate the Area should not be changed.

    The Reservation Screen provides central management of individual bookings and their guests in RMS.

    Fixed Reservations are reservations that have been marked to indicate the Area should not be changed.

    Fixed Reservations will display an  icon on the Booking Chart to indicate they cannot have the Area changed.



    Category and Area are default System Labels that can be customised.

    Fields displayed on the Reservation Screen can be customised using Field Maintenance.



    Users will require Security Profile access to the Reservation Screen and Reservation Functions use this feature.

    1. Go to the Toolbar Menu Reservation Search in RMS.
    2. Enter the Reservation Number and press 'Enter'.
    3. Set the 'Fixed' toggle to 'Yes'.
    4. Save/Exit.
