    Customise the display of the Reservation Screen in RMS.

    The Reservation Screen display can be customised to suit a user's preferences in RMS.

    Information

    The Reservation Screen provides central management of individual bookings and their guests in RMS.

    The Reservation Screen display can be customised to suit a user's preferences in RMS.

    Display options include adjusting the size of fields on the Reservation Screen as well as how to display the Notes & Requirements sections.

    Fields displayed on the Reservation Screen can be customised using Field Maintenance.

    Additional tabs will display depending on the setup and modules used in RMS.



    Users will require Security Profile access to the Reservation Screen and Reservation Functions to use this feature.

    1. Go to Reservations > Make Reservation in RMS.
    2. Select the 'Options' icon.
    3. Select the Field View size.
    4. Optional: Select the checkbox 'Show Notes'.
      1. Select the Notes Starting Display Option.
    5. Optional: Select the checkbox 'Show Requirements'.
      1. Select the Requirements Starting Display Option.
      2. Optional: Select the checkbox to use 'Compact Layout'.
      3. Select the Number of Requirements to display before scrolling.
    6. Save/Exit.



    Hover over the  'Money Bag' icon to view account balances or open an account on the reservation.

    Select the  'Expand' icon to open or close the full list of Requirements.

    Select the Number of Requirements to display before scrolling.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and return to the Reservation Screen.

    These user preferences will be remembered each login for this user.
