    Reply to Guest Messages On the Go

    Replying to guest messages on mobile or tablet in RMS.


    Steps Required

    1. Log into RMS 9+ on a mobile or tablet.
    2. Select Messaging on the home screen.
    3. Select the Message Type from the menu.
    4. Select a Message Thread.
    5. Enter the Reply Message and select the 'Send' icon.

    Select Messaging on the home screen.

    Select the Message Type from the menu.

    Select a Message Thread.

    The message thread will now be displayed on screen.


    Enter the Reply Message and select the 'Send' icon.
