The Promo Code report is an online report detailing the value of revenue and revenue deductions for Rate Types or Discounts used as a Promotional Code on the RMS Internet Booking Engine.

The Promo Code report is an online report detailing the value of revenue and revenue deductions for Rate Types or Discounts used as a Promotional Code on the RMS Internet Booking Engine.
Only Rate Types or Discounts used as a Promotional Code on the RMS Internet Booking Engine will be included in this report.
The Promo Code report includes the following information:
| Report Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Reservation | The number of reservations created using the selected Discount or Rate Type as a Promotional Code. |
| Nights | The Total Nights for all reservations using the selected Discount or Rate Type as a Promotional Code. |
| Gross Revenue | Revenue from the included reservations before any taxes, discounts or commissions were deducted. |
| Nett Revenue | Revenue from the included reservations after any applicable taxes, discounts or commissions were deducted. |
| Average Daily Rate Gross | Gross Revenue from the included reservations divided by the Nights. |
| Average Daily Rate Nett | Nett Revenue from the included reservations divided by the Nights. |
| Gross Discount | Total Discount Amount before any further deductions. |
| Nett Discount | Total Discount Amount after taxes or other deductions. |
Users will require Security Profile access to view this report.

- Go to Reports > Online > Promo Code in RMS.
- Select a Date Range.
- Select a Reservation option.
- Optional: Select Property Attributes.
- Optional: Select a Property.
- Optional: Select a Category Grouping.
- Optional: Select a Category.
- Select the Discount.
- Select the Promo Code option.
- Build.
Reservation options include Reservations Staying Between and Reservations Created Between for the selected date range.
Promo Code options include Discounts as a Promo Code or Rate Types as a Promo Code.
Property Attributes and Property selection are only available for Enterprise customers.

Select a Reservation option.
Optional: Select Property Attributes.
Optional: Select a Property.
Optional: Select a Category Grouping.
Optional: Select a Category.
Select the Discount.
Select the Promo Code option.
Select 'Build' to generate the report using the selected options.
The Promo Code report will show all selected Discounts or Rate Types used as a Promotional Code on the RMS Internet Booking Engine for the selected date range.
