Setup the footnotes & email body for Owner Statements in RMS.

This setup is for Owner Accounting & Trust Accounting properties.
System Administrators will require Security Profile access to Owner Accounting Options.

Setup
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Accounting > Owner Accounting Options in RMS.
- Select a Property.
- Navigate to the 'Owner Statements' tab.
- Enter the Notes to display on the bottom of the Owner Statement.
- Enter the Email Body for emailing Owner Statements.
- Save/Exit.

Go to Setup > Accounting > Owner Accounting Options in RMS.
Select a Property.
Navigate to the 'Owner Statements' tab.
Enter the Notes to display on the bottom of the Owner Statement.
Enter the Email Body for emailing Owner Statements.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and leave the setup.
The notes entered will be displayed on any Owner Statements generated for the selected Property.
The email body will be used when emailing the Owner Statement for the selected Property from RMS.
