Override Minimum Length of Stay for Multiple Dates on the Rate Manager Chart
Overriding MLOS for multiple dates on the Rate Manager Chart in RMS.
Steps Required
- Go to Charts > Rate Manager in RMS.
- Set the Display to 'On Arrival Day Only (MLOS)' or 'Soft Close'.
- Expand the required Category & Rate Type combination.
- Highlight the required dates.
- Select 'Override Minimum Nights'.
- Enter the new length of stay required.
- Save/Exit.
Visual Guide
Go to Charts > Rate Manager in RMS or select the 'R' chart icon from the toolbar menu.
Set the Display option to 'On Arrival Day Only (MLOS)' or 'Soft Close'.
Expand the Category & Rate Type combination to expose all options.
Click and highlight the required dates against the Category & Rate Type combination.
Select 'Override Minimum Nights'.
Enter the new length of stay required.
Select 'Save/Exit'.
The overridden length of stay will be displayed in red on the Rate Manager Chart.
