Rate Table: X Nights Discount
Setup an X Nights Discount in RMS.
Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Charts > Rate Manager in RMS.
- Select 'Rates'.
- Select 'Rate Tables'.
- Select an existing Rate Table and choose 'Edit'.
- Navigate to the 'X Nights Discount' tab.
- Enter the Number of Nights.
- Select and enter the Discount Amount.
- Select an enter the Additionals Discount Amount.
- Optional: Select the checkbox to exclude Packages from Discount.
- Save/Exit.
Visual Guide
Go to Charts > Rate Manager in RMS.
Select 'Rates'.
Select 'Rate Tables'.
Select an existing Rate Table and choose 'Edit'.
Navigate to the 'X Nights Discount' tab.
Enter the Number of Nights.
Select and enter the Discount Amount.
Select an enter the Additionals Discount Amount.
Optional: Select the checkbox to exclude Packages from Discount.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
The discount entered will be automatically applied when this Rate Table is in use on a reservation.
