    Information on the Beyond Pricing interface available in RMS

    Beyond Pricing is a revenue management platform designed specifically for vacation rental hosts and property managers. 

    By integrating Beyond Pricing with RMS Cloud, you can leverage automated pricing tools to optimize your rental rates, maximize revenue, and streamline pricing updates.

    Beyond Pricing’s dynamic pricing tools provide the following benefits:

    The following key features are available when using Beyond Pricing with RMS.

    • Daily Prices: Automatically adjust rental prices daily based on real-time market trends and demand data.

    • Multi-Unit Pricing: Manage pricing for multiple units efficiently and dynamically.

    Setup Requirements

    The following setup is required to use this feature in RMS:

    • A new parent rate called “Beyond” must be created within RMS Cloud. This rate will serve as the primary rate for all Beyond Pricing updates. Build a new rate using the New Rate Wizard


    Activate Beyond Pricing Module

    Have your System Administrator complete the following in RMS.

    1. Go to Module Market in the Side Menu of RMS.
    2. Select the Module Type 'Revenue Management'.
    3. Select the Toggle on the 'Beyond Pricing' module.
    4. Read the RMS Terms & Conditions.
    5. Select 'Revenue Management'.
    6. Continue with Beyond Pricing Connection

    Access

    Please submit a Zendesk ticket to request the web service password for the property where you have activated the module.
    To complete the connection process login to your Beyond Pricing account and follow the connection steps Beyond Pricing Connection


    Go to Module Market in the Side Menu of RMS.


    Select the Module Type 'Revenue Management'.
    Select the Toggle on the 'Beyond Pricing' module.

    Read the RMS Terms & Conditions.
    Select 'Activate Revenue Management'
