    Setup photos for the RMS IBE & Portals in RMS.

    Photos can be added for a Property, Category, Area or Requirement to be used on the Corporate Portal, Guest Portal, RMS IBE & NPS Survey.

    Information

    Photos can be added for a Property, Category, Area or Requirement to be used on the Corporate Portal, Guest Portal, RMS IBE & NPS Survey.

    Images must be a file size of 700kb or less with an optimal ratio of 400px x 300px.

    The image set as the Banner Image will be used as the background image on the Corporate Portal, Guest Portal, RMS IBE & NPS Survey.


    Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

    Setup

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Photos in RMS.
    2. Select a Property.
    3. Select the 'Add' icon.
    4. Select the 'Select Images' button.
    5. Select the Image Files and choose 'Open'.
    6. Select the 'Next' icon.
    7. Select an Image.
    8. Optional: Enter an image description.
    9. Optional: Select the checkbox 'Banner Image'.
    10. Select a Property, Category, Area or Requirement for the Image.
    11. Repeat for all Uploaded Images.
    12. Save/Exit.


    Edit existing images to access the  Cropping Tool for resizing photos.

    Select a Property, Category, Area or Requirement for the Image.

    Repeat for all Uploaded Images.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and leave the setup.
