    RMS Internet Booking Engine: No Availability Custom Message

    Setup a custom message to display on the RMS IBE when no availability in RMS.

    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Online Options in RMS.
    2. Navigate to the 'Page Settings' tab.
    3. Enter the No Availability Message.
    4. Save/Exit.

    Info

    The custom No Availability message will be displayed on the RMS Internet Booking Engine when a search is performed and no matching availability can be displayed.

    No Availability includes when dates are sold out, number of guests exceed available Categories or selected Site or Caravan options do not have any matching available Categories.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Online Options in RMS.

    Navigate to the 'Page Settings' tab.

    Enter the No Availability Message.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    The custom message entered will be displayed on the RMS Internet Booking Engine any time no matching availability results can be displayed.
