Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.

Go to Setup > Accounting > Taxes in RMS.
- Select an existing Tax and choose 'Edit'.
- Select the checkbox 'Owner Income'.

Save/Exit.
Info
Owner Income Tax is only applicable to Trust Accounting properties.
Taxes setup as Owner Income will be paid to the Owner of the Area.

Select the checkbox 'Owner Income'.

Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

This tax will now be included and paid to the owner of an Owned Area in RMS.
