Create Rate on Reservation Creation
Setup Rates to automatically create on the account when saving a new reservation in RMS.
Creating Rates at the time of Reservation Made will create the accommodation charges on the account when a new reservation is saved.

Creating Rates at the time of Reservation Made will create the accommodation charges on the account when a new reservation is saved.
The Rate Creation Method used will determine if all accommodation dates are created or if only the first night is created on the account.
Nightly Rate will create only the first night's accommodation charge when using this option.
Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Options in RMS.
- Navigate to the 'Rate & Rent Options' tab.
- Select the checkbox 'On Res Creation'.
- Save/Exit.
- Log out of RMS.
The Rate Creation Method used will determine if all accommodation dates are created or if only the first night is created on the account.
