The Token Pre Authorisation report is an interactive report that details all reservations due to be in-house for the selected date with a Pre-Authorisation Token created.

The Token Pre Authorisation report is an interactive report that details all reservations due to be in-house for the selected date with a Pre-Authorisation Token created.
Pre-Authorisation Tokens are tokens created through a connected Payment Gateway that hold funds on the credit card for the specified amount.
A Pre-Auth Token can be consumed on the Reservation Account or will automatically release back onto the credit card after the period of time determined by the financial institution the card's account is held with.
Pre-Auth Tokens are saved on the reservation for a specific guest and differ from Credit Card Tokens that are saved against the Guest Profile for processing payments in RMS.
A connected Payment Gateway that supports Pre Authorisation is required to create a Pre-Auth Token on a reservation that will display on this report.
Users will require Security Profile access to view this report.

- Add Button

- Go to Reports > Accounting > Token Pre Authorisation in RMS.
- Select the In-House Date.
- Optional: Select a Sort By option.
- Optional: Select a Reservation Status.
- Build.
Select any reservation number in the expanded report section to go to that reservation in a new tab.
Interactivity is not available on the printed report.
A connected Payment Gateway that supports Pre Authorisation is required to create a Pre-Auth Token on a reservation that will display on this report.

Select 'Build' to generate the report.
