    G'Day Parks

    Connection information for G'Day Parks.


    Connecting to G'day Parks

    1. Log into RMS and navigate to Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Management > G’day Parks
    2. Complete the Connection Information section 
      • Hotel Code – this is the ID G’day Parks use to identify properties in their system, provided by G’day Parks
    3. Click “Connect to Retrieve Categories” (top right corner) to view the room/rate combinations on the channel that is available for mapping
    4. Select the corresponding RMS room type from dropdown in the “Category” column
    5. Select the corresponding RMS rate plan from dropdown in the “Rate Type” column
    6. Tick “No Update” will prevent RMS from sending availability, rates and inventory messages to G’day; reservations will continue to be delivered from G’day to RMS. 
    7. Repeat steps 4 – 6 until all room/rate combinations are mapped, then click “Save/Exit”. 


    A full update to G’day Parks will be queued for sending when new mapping is saved; please allow a few minutes for the update to complete processing, then review your availability, rates, and inventory on G’day Parks extranet.

    Channel-Specific Setup

    • Rate Setup – person base must be the same across all rate periods for any given room/rate
    • Rate Period – Rates should always be valid for 365 Days, it is recommend to have an "all year around rate period" and place stopsells for dates it is not selling. This will ensure G'Day parks have consistent person base across the entire period
    • Rate Updates – Occupancy-based pricing sent for each occupancy starting from 1 pax, up to the maximum occupancy set against the category
    • Additional Adult – additional adult charges are accounted for in the occupancy based pricing
    • Additional Child – only the first additional child charge will be sent to G’day Parks
    • Additional Infant – only the first additional infant charge will be sent to G’day Parks
