    Booking Chart: Category & Area Display

    Display options for Categories & Areas on the Booking Chart in RMS.

    Steps Required

    1. Go to Charts > Booking Chart in RMS.
    2. Select the 'Options' icon.
    3. Optional: Select the toggle 'Show Area Description'.
    4. Optional: Select the toggle 'Show Category Description'.
    5. Select the Area Height.
    6. Enter the Area Width.
    7. Select the View By option.
    8. Save/Exit.

    Use the available options to customise how Categories & Areas display on the Booking Chart and what additional information is displayed when hovering over a Category or Area.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Charts > Booking Chart in RMS.

    Select the 'Options' icon.

    Optional: Select the toggle 'Show Area Description'.

    Optional: Select the toggle 'Show Category Description'.

    Select the Area Height.

    Enter the Area Width.

    Select the View By option.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    The Booking Chart will now display Categories & Areas using the options selected.
