Company Corporate Portal Access
Setup access to the Corporate Portal for a Company in RMS.
A Company can be provided a login for the Corporate Portal to manage and create their own reservations in RMS.

Information
A Company can be provided a login for the Corporate Portal to manage and create their own reservations in RMS, as well as manage Documents like Contracts and Charge Back Authorities.
A Company is a business that can be added and used in RMS for Reservations, Accounts Receivable and the Corporate Portal.
The Corporate Portal enables properties to provide access to specific Companies or Travel Agents to manage their reservations.
Visit the Corporate Portal setup to customise the features a Company can access.
Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Company in RMS.
- Select the 'Edit' icon on an existing Company.
- Navigate to the 'Portals' tab.
- Enter an Online Password.
- Optional: Select the checkbox to allow Pencil Reservations in the Corporate Portal for this Company.
- Save/Exit.
An email address must be stored on the Company Details for accessing the Corporate Portal.

Go to Setup > Company in RMS.
Select the 'Edit' icon on an existing Company.
Navigate to the 'Portals' tab.
Enter an Online Password.
Optional: Select the checkbox to allow Pencil Reservations in the Corporate Portal for this Company.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and leave the setup.
Provide the Corporate Portal url and password to this Company to enable their access.
