    Overdue Departure Report

    Report on reservations not checked-out for previous dates in RMS.

    The Overdue Departure report will list any reservations with a past departure date that were not checked-out.

    Information

    The Overdue Departure report will list any reservations with a past departure date that were not checked-out.

    The Check-in/Check-out feature enables accurate tracking of guest arrivals and departures at the property.

    Reservations that have not been checked-out in RMS on their Departure Date need to be updated in RMS to reflect the new arrangements. 

    Reservations where the guest did depart but the reservation was not updated to 'Departed' status can still be checked-out after the date has passed.

    A new Depart Date can be set for guests who have extended their stay or the reservation can be checked-out if the guest has left.

    Use

    1. Go to Reports > Daily > Overdue Departure in RMS.
    2. Optional: Select a 'Display By' option.
    3. Build.



    The Overdue Departure report will return all reservations in 'Unconfirmed', 'Confirmed' or 'Arrived' status where the Depart Date is set to a date prior to the current date and the reservation has not been updated to 'Departed' status.

    Users will require Security Profile access to view this report.


    Go to Reports > Daily > Overdue Departure in RMS.

    Optional: Select a 'Display By' option.

    Select 'Build' to generate the report using the selected options.

    2. Optional: Select a 'Display By' option.
    3. Build.



    The Overdue Departure report will return all reservations in 'Unconfirmed', 'Confirmed' or 'Arrived' status where the Depart Date is set to a date prior to the current date and the reservation has not been updated to 'Departed' status.
