Setting Up an Event Space for Multiple Bookings
Enabling a Facility Category to accept multiple bookings at the same time in RMS.
Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Category/Area in RMS.
- Select the required Property.
- Select a Facility Category and choose 'Edit'.
- Navigate to the 'Category Details' tab.
- Select the checkbox 'Allow multiple reservations at the same time'.
- Save/Exit.
