    Allow RMS Staff Access

    Enabling RMS Support to log into the RMS database.

    Steps Required

    Access to the database may be requested by RMS Support to investigate a Service Request for the Property.

    1. Go to Help > Allow RMS Staff Access in RMS.
    2. Select an End Date & Time.
    3. Save/Exit.

    Info

    This option does not provide access to any machine at the property and only allows RMS Support to log into the Property's RMS Database until the designated end date and time.

    Temporary access is granted to RMS Support automatically when a Service Request is logged for the property until that Service Request is closed.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Help > Allow RMS Staff Access in RMS.

    Select an End Date & Time.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and grant RMS Support access to the property's RMS Database.
