Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Housekeeping > Housekeepers in RMS.
- Select 'Add'.
- Enter the Given & Surname.
- Enter the Contact Details.
- Enter the Minutes Available Per Day.
- Select the Employee Type.
- Navigate to the 'Properties' tab.
- Select the required Properties and choose the '>' button.
- Save/Exit.
Visual Guide
Go to Setup > Housekeeping > Housekeepers in RMS.
Select 'Add' to create a new Housekeeper.
Enter the Given & Surname.
Enter the Contact Details.
Enter the Minutes Available Per Day.
Select the Employee Type.
Navigate to the 'Properties' tab.
Select the required Properties and choose the '>' button.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
This Housekeeper will now be available for Task Allocation.
