    Housekeepers

    Setup housekeepers in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Housekeeping > Housekeepers in RMS.
    2. Select 'Add'.
    3. Enter the Given & Surname.
    4. Enter the Contact Details.
    5. Enter the Minutes Available Per Day.
    6. Select the Employee Type.
    7. Navigate to the 'Properties' tab.
    8. Select the required Properties and choose the '>' button.
    9. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Housekeeping > Housekeepers in RMS.

    Select 'Add' to create a new Housekeeper.

    Enter the Given & Surname.

    Enter the Contact Details.

    Enter the Minutes Available Per Day.

    Select the Employee Type.

    Navigate to the 'Properties' tab.

    Select the required Properties and choose the '>' button.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    This Housekeeper will now be available for Task Allocation.
