    Create an Event Schedule

    Generating an Event Schedule in RMS.


    Steps Required

    1. Go to the Side Menu Reservation Search in RMS.
    2. Enter the Event Reservation Number and select 'Search'.
    3. Select 'Event Management'.
    4. Select the Event Itinerary and choose 'Go to Event'.
    5. Select 'Reports' and choose 'Event Schedule'.
    6. Select the required Event Dates.
    7. Select any required Additional Options.
    8. Select the required Event Areas.
    9. Build.

    Visual Guide

    Go to the Side Menu Reservation Search in RMS.

    Enter the Event Reservation Number and select 'Search'.

    Select 'Event Management'.


    Select the Event Itinerary and choose 'Go to Event'.

    Info

    This step is only required for Group Event Reservations.

    Select 'Reports' and choose 'Event Schedule'.

    Select the required Event Dates.

    Select any required Additional Options.

    Select the required Event Areas.

    Select 'Build' to generate the Event Schedule using the selected options.

    The Event Schedule will be displayed on screen and be exported or printed as required.
