Setup a Security Profile to enable RMS Tips on login.
Quote of the Day is an option to enable users to see a different tip each time they log into RMS.

Information
Quote of the Day is an option to enable users to see a different RMS tip each day during the login process.
Enabling this option in the Security Profile will allow users to see different tips & tricks for using RMS during the login process.
RMS Tips use the System Labels setup by the System Administrator and include a range of shortcuts and tips to assist users.
System Administrators will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Users > Security Profile in RMS.
- Select the
'Edit' icon on an existing Security Profile. - Expand the Setup Function Menu.
- Expand the Others Function Menu.
- Select Allow as 'Yes' on Quote of the Day.
- Save/Exit.
Set Allow as 'No' to prevent users seeing RMS Tips when they log in.
