Automatic Length of Stay Discount
Setup a Discount for the RMS Internet Booking Engine to apply at set lengths of stay in RMS.
Automatic Length of Stay Discount will apply the selected Discount during online booking on the RMS Internet Booking Engine when the Length of Stay criteria is met.

Information
Automatic Length of Stay Discount will apply the selected Discount during online booking on the RMS Internet Booking Engine when the Length of Stay criteria is met.
The Automatic Length of Stay Discount only applies to reservations made via the RMS Internet Booking Engine for a selected Rate Type and will be calculated when an eligible reservation is added to the cart.
The Automatic Length of Stay Discount can be used to reward guests booking direct on the property's website for longer stays.
Rate and Reservation are default System Labels that can be customised.
The RMS Online module is required to use the RMS Internet Booking Engine.
System Administrators will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Online Options in RMS.
- Navigate to the 'Discounts' tab.
- Select the checkbox 'Automatically apply Discount to booking cart'.
- Select a Rate Type and choose the
button. - Enter the Length of Stay.
- Select a Discount or enter a Discount Amount or Discount Percentage.
- Save/Exit.
The Automatic Length of Stay Discount can either use an existing Discount or be setup as an Amount or Percentage of the Total Rate.
The Discount will apply Per Reservation Night.
