Resize uploaded photos in RMS.
The Cropping Tool is available for photos that have been uploaded into RMS to resize for better display on the Corporate Portal, Guest Portal, RMS Internet Booking Engine or NPS Survey.

The Cropping Tool is available for photos that have been uploaded into RMS to resize for better display on the Corporate Portal, Guest Portal, RMS Internet Booking Engine or NPS Survey.
Photos can be added for a Property, Category, Area or Requirement to be used on the Corporate Portal, Guest Portal, RMS Internet Booking Engine & NPS Survey.
Images must be a file size of 700kb or less with an optimal ratio of 400px x 300px.
The image set as the Banner Image will be used as the background image on the Corporate Portal, Guest Portal, RMS Internet Booking Engine & NPS Survey.
Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Photos in RMS.
- Select a Property.
- Select the
'Edit' icon. - Select an Image.
- Select the
'Cropping Tool' icon. - Optional: Drag the edges to resize the image.
- Optional: Scroll the mouse wheel in or out to change the zoom level.
- Optional: Drag the photo border to change the image focus.
- Select the
'Crop' icon to apply the changes made. - Save/Exit.
