Disable Online Confirmation Emails
Turn off sending of online confirmation emails in RMS.
Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Online Options in RMS.
- Navigate to the 'Notifications' tab.
- Select the checkbox 'Do not send Confirmation Emails'.
- Save/Exit.

Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Online Options in RMS.
Navigate to the 'Notifications' tab.
Select the checkbox 'Do not send Confirmation Emails'.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
RMS will no longer send confirmation emails for online bookings received on the RMS IBE or any connected channels.
