RMS Internet Booking Engine Auto Discounts
Setup discounts to automatically apply to the cart when a reservation meets length of stay criteria in RMS.
RMS Internet Booking Engine Auto Discounts enables automatically applying discounts to reservations made on the RMS Internet Booking Engine when preset length of stay criteria is met.

The Discounts selected in Online Options will apply to a Reservation at online check-out when the selected Rate Type and Length of Stay criteria is met.
Discounts can be a Set Amount Per Reservation Night, Percentage Per Reservation Night or Discount Per Reservation.
The RMS Internet Booking Engine requires the RMS Online Module.
Reservation, Guest, and Rate are default System Labels that can be customised.
System Administrators will require Security Profile access to setup this feature.

Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Online Options in the Side Menu of RMS.
- Navigate to the 'Discounts' tab.
- Select the checkbox 'Automatically apply discount to booking cart'.
- Select a Rate Type and choose the
button. - Enter the Number of Nights.
- Select the Type of Discount.
- Enter the Discount Amount or Percentage.
- Save.
The entered Discount will be automatically applied during checkout on the RMS Internet Booking Engine when the selected Rate Type is booked.
