    Tax Class

    Setup the Tax Class for reporting on exclusive taxes in RMS.

    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Accounting > Taxes in RMS.
    2. Select a Tax and choose 'Edit'.
    3. Select the required Tax Class.
    4. Save/Exit.

    Info

    Tax Classes of Standard, Service Charge or Local Tax can be applied and will be used on reports generated as a grouping option for taxes.


    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Accounting > Taxes in RMS.

    Select a Tax and choose 'Edit'.

    Select the required Tax Class.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    Taxes will now be grouped by the selected Tax Class on relevant reports in RMS.
