    Till Payments is a Payment Gateway available in RMS to provide PCI Compliant credit card storage and payment processing.

    Till Payments is a Payment Gateway available in RMS to provide PCI Compliant credit card storage and payment processing.

    Payment Gateways are an eCommerce application provided by merchant services to authorise and process credit card payments in a PCI compliant manner.

    Connecting a Payment Gateway account with RMS provides secure credit card storage, payment processing and refunds directly from an account in RMS.

    A Credit Card Token will be created using the entered card details on a Credit Card Receipt if an existing token does not exist.



    Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

    Setup

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information in RMS.
    2. Select the 'Edit' icon on an existing Property.
    3. Navigate to the 'Payment Gateway' tab.
    4. Select the Toggle 'Ecommerce'.
    5. Select 'Till Payment' as the Payment Gateway.
    6. Enter the API Key.
    7. Enter the API Username & Password.
    8. Enter the Shared Secret.
    9. Select & Enter the Pre Authorisation Amount.
    10. Optional: Select the checkbox 'Warn if no Pre Authorisation exists on Check-in'.
    11. Save/Exit.



    The API Key, API Username, API Password & Shared Secret are provided by Till Payments with the property's merchant account.

    Go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information in RMS.

    Select the  'Edit' icon on an existing Property.

    Navigate to the 'Payment Gateway' tab.

    Select the Toggle 'Ecommerce'.

    Select 'Till Payment' as the Payment Gateway.

    Enter the API Key.

    Enter the API Username & Password.

    Enter the Shared Secret.

    Select & Enter the Pre Authorisation Amount.

    Optional: Select the checkbox 'Warn if no Pre Authorisation exists on Check-in'.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and leave the setup.

    Credit Card payments can now be securely processed in RMS using the property's Till Payments account.
