    Setup

    The Tour Desk module enables centralised management of tour availability, schedules, and ticketing within RMS.

    Tour inventory can be created to manage and allocate seating or entry with capacity limits and availability to simplify ticket allocation and staff rostering.

    Tours can be setup to manage, promote, and sell entry or tickets to local attractions, events, activities, tours, or experiences available at the property or in the local area.

    Tickets and ticket pricing can be tailored to suit the variety of events and experiences on offer with additional options to facilitate automation of vouchers, waivers, and tickets for internal and external tour operators.

    Use the Tour Desk module to enable guests to book onto available tours during the online booking process on the RMS Internet Booking Engine or whilst managing their reservation in the Guest Portal.

    The Tour Availability Chart and Tickets Dashboard provide simple oversight of tour bookings and availability, and can be used for promoting, selling, or managing tickets to any offered tour, event, activity, or experience.
