    Manager

    Setup the 'Manager' password in RMS.

    Steps Required

    1. Log into RMS as the 'Manager' user.
    2. Select the 'User' icon.
    3. Select 'User Details'.
    4. Select 'Reset Password'.
    5. Enter the new Complex Password.
    6. Save/Exit.

    Info

    The 'Manager' user is a system user profile provided to new customers for initial system configuration and should have the password changed on first login to RMS.


    All user passwords should be regularly changed to prevent unauthorised access to RMS.


    Each staff member requiring access to RMS (including System Administrators) should be setup as an individual user with the required Security Profile access.

    Visual Guide

    Log into RMS as the 'Manager' user.

    Select the 'User' icon.

    Select 'User Details'.

    Select 'Reset Password'.

    Enter the new Complex Password.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    The password for the 'Manager' system profile will now be updated.
