Incorrectly Processed Meter Read
Correcting an incorrectly processed Meter Read in RMS.
Steps Required
- Go to the Side Menu Reservation Search in RMS.
- Enter the Reservation Number and select 'Search'.
- Select the required Account.
- Right click the Meter Charge and choose 'Void Transaction'.
- Select a Void Reason and choose 'Void Transaction'.
- Repeat Steps 4 & 5 for all related Meter Charges.
- Select 'Exit'.
- Select 'Meter Read'.
- Select the Previous Meter Read Date.
- Enter the Previous Meter Read.
- Select the Current Meter Read Date.
- Enter the Current Meter Read.
- Select 'Process Current Read'.
- Save/Exit.
Visual Guide
