Renew a BIG4 membership on a reservation in RMS.

BIG4 properties using RMS can follow this guide to renew an expired BIG4 membership on a reservation.

Use
- Add Button
Use
- Go to Reservations > Make Reservation in RMS.
- Select 'Options' on the Guest Details.
- Select 'BIG4 Member'.
- Enter the Member Number or Guest Details.
- Select 'Lookup'.
- Select the Member.
- Select 'Renew Member'.
- Select the Account.
- Exit.
Select 'Temporary Card' on the Membership screen to print a temporary membership card for the guest after renewal.

Go to Reservations > Make Reservation in RMS.
Select 'Options' on the Guest Details.
Select 'BIG4 Member'.
Enter the Member Number or Guest Details.
Select 'Lookup'.
Select the Member.
Select 'Renew Member'.
Select the Account and choose 'Ok'.
Select 'Exit' to return to the Reservation.
The BIG4 membership will be renewed and the Guest Details will be pre-filled using the information on the selected BIG4 member.
