Create a Guest Account for all properties in RMS.
An Enterprise Guest Account is a Guest Account that can be used across all properties.

An Enterprise Guest Account is a Guest Account that can be used across all properties.
A Guest Account can be used for a Deposit paid with no Reservation Made or to Transfer to Guest any outstanding balance on a Departed Reservation Account that is linked directly to the Guest Profile.
Enterprise customers can create a Guest Account for individual Properties or an Enterprise Guest Account for all properties in the RMS database.
Reservation and Guest are default System Labels that can be customised.
Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

- Add Button

- Go to Reservations > Guest Search in the Side Menu of RMS.
- Complete a Guest Search.
- Select a Guest Profile.
- Select 'Account'.
- Select the Enterprise Owner Record.
- Select the 'Go to Account' icon.
An Account Number will be generated on the first visit to the Property or Enterprise Guest Account.
