    Terms & Conditions Hierarchy

    Information on where to setup Terms & Conditions in RMS.

    Terms & Conditions can be setup in the following areas of RMS:

    • Property
    • Online Options
    • Category
    • Portals

    Terms & Conditions setup on the Property or in Online Options will be used everywhere including the Digital Registration Card, RMS IBE and Guest Portal unless alternate Terms & Conditions are setup on a Category or in the Portal setup.

    Unless there are drastically different Terms & Conditions for each Category, setting them up at this higher level can make for easier future maintenance.

    Alternatively, you may choose to setup Terms & Conditions on the property for use with the Digital Registration Card and setup an alternate set of Terms & Conditions in both Online Options for the RMS IBE and the Guest Portal setup that outlines different terms or conditions that apply to guests via those avenues.
