Properties within an Enterprise & De-merging

When a property (or properties) within an Enterprise have been sold and need to be de-merged from the Enterprise, the outgoing owner must notify RMS Sales with a minimum notice period of two weeks from the acceptance of the Sales Order and payment of associated fees in order for the de-merge to be completed.

All costs associated with the de-merge will be billed to the outgoing owner.
