Data Centres
The RMS Cloud servers are hosted in data centres provided by Microsoft Azure in Australia, China, Europe and North America.
These geographically dispersed data centres comply with key industry standards including ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and NIST SP 800-53 for security and reliability.
The data centres are managed, monitored, and administered by Microsoft operations staff. The operations staff has years of experience in delivering the world’s largest online services with 24/7 continuity.
Data Protection
RMS customer databases are hosted on highly available and scalable Azure SQL Servers.
Each RMS customer has their own SQL database with individual access credentials.
Database Encryption
Data is encrypted at rest using Azure Disk Encryption.
