    Revert Reservation

    Change an 'Arrived' reservation back to Unconfirmed or Confirmed status if checked-in mistakenly in RMS.

    The Revert Reservation icon can be used to reverse the Reservation Status of a recently checked in reservation.

    The  Revert Reservation icon can be used to reverse the Reservation Status of a recently checked in reservation.

    Revert Reservation is available for two hours after the Reservation Status has been changed to 'Arrived' status and can be used to reset the reservation back to Unconfirmed or Confirmed status.

    Use

    1. Go to the Toolbar Menu Reservation Search in RMS.
    2. Enter the Reservation Number and press 'Enter'.
    3. Select the Revert Reservation icon.
    4. Select the Reservation Status.
    5. Select the Area Status.
    6. Save.



    The Revert Reservation icon will only be available on the Reservation Screen for two hours after the reservation is checked-in. After that users will need to cycle the Reservation Status to Departed, Unconfirmed & Confirmed manually.

    Enter the Reservation Number and press 'Enter'.

    Select the  Revert Reservation icon.

    Select the Reservation Status.

    Select the Area Status.

    Select 'Save' to store the changes made.

    The Reservation Status will be updated and any Rate created on the account when the status changed to 'Arrived' will be voided.
