Report on Housekeeping Tasks and Housekeeper Productivity in RMS.
The Housekeepers Productivity report provides a list of all Housekeeping Tasks, allocated Housekeepers and details of the time taken to complete Tasks for the selected date.

The Housekeepers Productivity report provides a list of all Housekeeping Tasks, allocated Housekeepers and details of the time taken to complete Housekeeping Tasks for the selected date.
Housekeeping Tasks are cleaning requirements that can be allocated to Housekeepers in RMS.
Properties will need to allocate Housekeeping Tasks to a Housekeeper using the Housekeeper Roster or Clean Screen Task View and can set the Task Priority in RMS.
Housekeepers can log into RMS on a compatible smart device using their Housekeeper login details to view and complete their Allocated Tasks.
The Summary Detailed Housekeepers Productivity Report Type includes the following information:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Housekeeper | Given Name & Surname of the allocated Housekeeper. |
Task Not Completed | Total number of allocated Tasks not completed by the Housekeeper. |
Task Completed | Total number of allocated Tasks marked Complete by the Housekeeper. |
Total Allotted Time | Total allotted time for all Tasks allocated to the Housekeeper for the selected date. |
Actual Time Recorded | Total time recorded for all Tasks marked Complete by the Housekeeper for the selected date. |
Variance | Difference between 'Total Allotted Time' and 'Actual Time Recorded' for Housekeeper to complete the Housekeeping Tasks. |
The Detailed Housekeepers Productivity Report Type includes the following information:
Column | Description |

Housekeeper | Given Name & Surname of the allocated Housekeeper. |
Res ID | Unique identifying number for the Reservation. |
Category | Category assigned to the Reservation. |
Area | Area assigned to the Reservation. |
Task Name | Name of Housekeeping Task allocated to the Housekeeper. |
Time Started | Time the Housekeeping Task marked In Progress in the Staff Portal. |
Time Completed | Time the Housekeeping Task was marked Complete in the Staff Portal. |
Date Completed | Date the Housekeeping Task was marked Complete in the Staff Portal. |
Allotted Time (m) | Allotted time for Housekeeping Task as noted in setup. |
Time Taken (m) | Total time taken for Housekeeper to complete the Housekeeping Task. |
Variance | Difference between 'Allotted Time' and 'Time Taken' for Housekeeper to complete the Housekeeping Task. |
Housekeeping Unit of Time, Reservation, Category & Area are default System Labels that can be customised.
Users will require Security Profile access to view this report.

- Select the Date.
- Optional: Select the Category Grouping.
- Optional: Select the Categories.
- Optional: Select the Tasks.
- Optional: Select the Housekeepers.
- Select the Report Type as Detailed or Summary.
- Select 'Build' to generate the report using the selected options.
