Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Categories/Areas in RMS.
- Select a Category and choose 'Edit'.
- Navigate to the 'Category Details' tab.
- Select the checkbox 'Allow Overbooking'.
- Enter the number of Areas to Overbook by.
- Save/Exit.
Info
Categories must be setup as Book by Category to setup Overbooking.
Leaving the Number of Areas to Overbook by set as '0' will allow an infinite number of overbookings against the Category.
